Yes. Arkoris works with both ARK: Survival Ascended and ARK: Survival Evolved. Live population (/pop) reads crossplay numbers on ASA and platform-specific numbers on ASE.
Only for the ARK server suite. Connecting a Nitrado token in /setup → ARK Integration (Premium) unlocks player tracking, anti-cheat, bans, wipes, server controls and live boards. Live population and all the Discord community features work without it.
